  While most yoga classes focus on the physical postures and expect the elevation in conscious awareness to (eventually) arise out of this practice, Laura roots her classes in this awareness and then offers a selection of movements to enhance this development. From the opening restorative asana to the closing savasana with singing bowl, practicing yoga with Laura is an opportunity to become grounded within yourself through the space created by this meditative experience.
