  I go here about once a month to get a fill and a trim. The wait can be long sometimes. Go on off days; Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday anytime or early Saturday morning... right when they open. I have never left upset or disappointed...they ask you what you want and they say if you are not happy with something tell them... your the boss.
  
  Also they are cash only. No debit or credit cards don't think they allow personal checks either.
