  Not a bad spot to train in N Kansas City. Good selection of equipment for powerlifting, strength and conditioning or bodybuilding. Hammer strength, Texas Power Bars, deadlift platforms, etc.
  
  Bad: Charge extra for access to deadlift bars and better equipment. No chalk unless you want to buy it. Come on, chalk is cheap and I'm from out of town. Paid over $10 for a workout and could have used some chalk.
  
  Staff was great and I loved the smoothie bar. I may try the World Gym when I come back to town or may visit Strong again.
